Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Packs ("Service"), operated by PropertySimple, Inc. This AUP is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Violating this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Generate, distribute, or publish spam, unsolicited bulk communications, or harassing content.
• Create content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or promotes violence or illegal activity.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, including unauthorized use of copyrighted photos or trademarks.
• Impersonate another person, agent, or organization.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or AI models used by the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service beyond normal usage patterns.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service or access to it without our written consent.

3. Misleading Property Representations

You must not use the Service to create marketing materials that knowingly misrepresent a property. This includes but is not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading property details (e.g., incorrect square footage, fabricated features, inaccurate pricing).
• Using photos of a different property or digitally altered images that misrepresent the property's condition.
• Making claims about the property that you know to be untrue or cannot verify.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the input data you provide and must review all generated content before publishing.

4. Fair Housing Act Compliance

All marketing content generated by the Service must comply with the Fair Housing Act (42 U.S.C. 3601 et seq.) and applicable state and local fair housing laws. You must not use the Service to create content that:

• Discriminates or expresses preference based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, or disability.
• Uses language that discourages any protected class from inquiring about or purchasing a property.
• Targets or excludes audiences based on protected characteristics.

While we design our AI prompts to comply with Fair Housing requirements, you are ultimately responsible for reviewing all generated content for compliance before publishing.

5. Rate Limits and Abuse Prevention

To ensure fair access and service quality, the following usage limits apply:

• API rate limits are enforced per user. Excessive requests may be throttled or blocked.
• Automated or scripted access that exceeds normal usage patterns is prohibited.
• Attempts to bypass rate limits or abuse the content generation system may result in account suspension.

6. Content Review and Removal

We reserve the right to review content generated through the Service and to remove or disable access to content that violates this AUP. We may also report illegal content to appropriate authorities.

7. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of a violation of this AUP, please report it to abuse@propacks.dev.

8. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in:

• Warning notification.
• Temporary suspension of your account.
• Permanent termination of your account.
• Legal action where appropriate.

The severity of the response will be proportional to the violation and determined at our sole discretion.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
